Quick booking and preparation

Pick your date and leave the rest to us! After booking we only ask for a short greeting video - that is how you will welcome your guests on the display. We handle all delivery and logistics, nationwide and international.

A ready-to-go experience on the big day

The Vidibook arrives "ready for action": just place it on the table and switch it on. When a guest lifts the handset, you greet them on the display, and the included question cards help real, funny and honest messages come out instead of templates. Zero setup, pure experience.

Carefree return and the movie night

On Monday the courier collects the device from your door - you don't have to lift a finger. We do the post-production, and within 14 days the exclusive Video Book is in your hands, coming to life and starting to tell your story the moment you open it.

Everything worth knowing about Vidibook

What happens if it gets too loud at the wedding?

Our device is fitted with a professional microphone that focuses on sound coming from close range. While the background music's atmosphere stays on the recordings, your guests' words will be crystal clear.

How complicated is the setup?

Not at all. You get a pre-programmed, fully automatic system. Just take it out of the box, switch it on, and the first guest can already pick up the receiver. No cabling, no technician needed.

What if the venue is dark?

No problem! The package also includes a compact LED light that illuminates the guests' faces, so great recordings are made even in dimly lit venues.

How many messages can the phone record?

The internal storage is more than enough to record messages for an entire wedding. You don't need to worry about storage or battery – we set everything up in advance.

How do I receive the Videobook?

After the wedding you send the phone back to us (we arrange the courier). We process the recordings, do the post-production, and ship the finished, exclusive Videobook within 14 days, together with the digital copies.

Where should the retro phone be placed at the wedding?

For the best messages, all you need is a little care. It's worth placing the retro phone further away from the speakers and the dance floor: this way the recordings stay clear and easy to understand, and the device rests safely, away from the busiest moments of the party.

Why is there a deposit, and how do I get it back?

Alongside the rental fee we ask for a refundable deposit of 50 000 Ft, which secures the value of the premium device. After the wedding, as soon as the phone arrives back to us undamaged, we transfer the full amount back in full.

Why the Vidibook?

Because we learned it at our own wedding: the voice fades, the memory dims.

We got married in 2019. We love our photos, but today we would give anything to hear the voices of the loved ones who are no longer with us. Vidibook was born from that absence.
